RCC Roof Mounts
RCC, or Reinforced Cement Concrete, is commonly utilized for mounting structures designed to install solar panels on concrete rooftops. These roof-mounted racks minimize the distance between the solar array and the inverter, thereby reducing the amount of wiring required and minimizing DC losses. This type of installation is prevalent in both residential and commercial sectors.
However, it is important to note that RCC mounting structures necessitate roof penetration. If the areas where the structure is affixed are not properly sealed, there is a risk of roof leaks.
Additionally, the effectiveness of roof-mounted structures can be compromised if the roof orientation and angle are not optimal, potentially leading to significant energy wastage. Careful consideration must be given to ensure that no shading from trees or other nearby structures obstructs sunlight.
Single Row Panel Structure
In this structure, frames will be made of hot-dipped galvanized (HDG) steel, and the strut purlin will be available in either HDG or Galvalume. All necessary accessories, including anchor fasteners, aluminium end/mid clamps, nuts, and stainless steel (S.S. 304) fasteners, are included. The available degrees are 15, 22, and 30, and if ordered in larger quantities, custom degrees can also be accommodated.

Double Row Panel Structure
In this structure, the columns will be made of hot-dipped galvanized (HDG) steel, while the rafter purlins and supports will be available in either HDG or Galvalume. All necessary accessories, including anchor fasteners and stainless steel (S.S. 304) fasteners, are included to ensure a comprehensive and secure installation.
The structure accommodates tilt angles of 15, 22, and 30 degrees. Additionally, if ordered in larger quantities, custom degrees can also be provided to meet specific project requirements.
